Terms of Delivery

Updated Delivery Terms:

  1. The store commits to displaying the delivery date alongside each item. In the event of any delivery issues, the store will promptly contact the customer to find the optimal resolution.
  2. The customer is expected to observe the specified delivery timeframe and should only reach out to the store if 24 hours have passed since the designated delivery time.
  3. When placing an order, the customer is required to provide the delivery location and the authorized recipient of the goods.
  4. The customer is responsible for personally accepting the goods. If the customer is unable to receive the goods personally and they are delivered to the designated address based on information provided by the customer, the customer forfeits the right to make any claims against the store regarding delivery to an incorrect recipient.
  5. For customers who choose to pick up goods at the company’s headquarters during the ordering process, it is necessary to present a valid identification document and a copy of the order. In return, the store commits to notifying the customer when the product is ready for pickup.
  6. Goods can be ordered through several payment methods:
    1. Online Banking
    2. Credit card
    3. Debit card
    4. Cheque
    5. Cashier point (with order confirmation barcode)
  7. If, upon receiving the goods, the customer discovers that the shipment does not include the expected items, it is the customer’s responsibility to promptly inform the store via email at sales@harlify.com.

Returns:

  1. For purchases made on harlify.com, each buyer is entitled to a 14-day return guarantee from the date of purchase for products of appropriate quality.
  2. To return a product in good condition, please contact us via email at sales@harlify.comand complete the goods return form. Returns will not be accepted without prior notice and agreement on the return process. Please provide an explanation for the return and attach proof of purchase. The product must be unused, with intact labels and in its original undamaged packaging.
  3. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects and other issues not related to normal product use or environmental impact. The warranty period for each product is determined by the manufacturer.
  4. To return an item of poor quality, please follow the steps mentioned above.
  5. The store commits to providing a well-reasoned written response to the customer within 20 working days from the date of receiving the customer’s request.
