We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines.
Return Window and Item Condition
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period. The item being returned must be in its original packaging and in resale condition, meaning it should not show any signs of use or damage. If the product meets these conditions, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
How to Return an Item
To start the return process, please email us at sale@harlify.com. We will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions for sending the item back.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received the return. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. The time it takes for your returned product to reach us may vary depending on your location. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account to ensure the refund has not already been posted.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.
- Reach out to your bank, as there may be a processing delay on their end.
